Christina was born 25th November 1971 in Los Angeles, California, as a daughter of record producer and singer-actress. She is best known as a child actor in the role of Kelly Bundy on the sitcom Married… with Children in the years 1987 – 1997. You could see her also in movies The Sweetest Thing, Grand Theft Parsons, The Big Hit, Anchorman, and in sitcoms Jesse and Samatha Who?. She won Emmy Award. Christina is married for the second time and has one daughter. She is a vegetarian and supports PETA organization.
Career
Christina began her career in television before she had even turned one, appearing in 1972 in an episode of “Days of Our Lives” alongside her mother. She then booked a number of commercials as a baby. Applegate steered clear of acting until the age of ten, when she made her film debut in the horror film “Jaws of Satan.” Another film role came in 1981 with “Beatlemania.” At the age of 12, she appeared in the biopic “Grace Kelly” and then followed up two years later with a role in a series called “Washingtoon.”
